2.1. PlusVPN provides users with a VPN to increase anonymity and data protection.

2.2. Tariff and server location information is published in the Telegram bot.

3. Rules of Use and Obligations

3.1. You must use the Service legally, avoid infrastructure disruption (e.g., DDoS), and not engage in illegal activities (spam, phishing).

3.2. You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your account.

4. Rights of the Administration

4.1. The Administration commits to providing access, maintaining servers, and honoring the privacy policy. Violations may result in termination without refund.

5. Financial Terms

5.1. Services are prepaid.

5.2. Refunds are not issued except in the case of technical failure on the Administration's part.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration is not liable for user actions or any direct/indirect losses.

7. Changes and Contacts

7.1. We may amend this Agreement at any time.
